Welcome to www.excel-vba.com My name is Peter. I am the creator of this website and of the spreadsheets that you can download from it. I have been working with business data for 35 years 20 of them with Excel and VBA (the programming language within Excel). For the last 12 years I have been working as on line consultant developing simple and powerful decision making tools with Excel and VBA. I have created this website to help accountants, production planners, sales analysts, financial analysts and other business people who want to analyse their business data to generate savings or new profits for their business. This website has helped visitors find a better job, do a better job or work much less to do their job. But it has also helped many people and enterprises save or make thousands of dollars by understanding better what was going on in their business. When you know a little about Excel you can develop one solution. When you know more about Excel you can develop many different solutions and then choose the best one. My best achievement was developing a solution for a certain consultant. With the solution he had developed he could serve 15 client per week at $100 each earning around $75,000 per year...not bad. With the solution I developed for him he could serve 50 clients per week at the same price...much better. I hope this website allows you to improve your skills and your professional situation. My name is Peter My professional and academic backgrounds are in finance, cost accounting and management (25 years). Ten years ago I changed career and became full time on line Consultant in Excel and VBA developing business models, quotation tools, data analyses, reporting workbooks and large database front and back ends. I have worked in manufacturing, banking, finance, accounting and retail. I am trained in many database, data analysis and reporting programs. I have chosen to offer my services in Excel because it is the program that allows total customization whatever the data or the source of the data. |
