I received the copy of your book and the disk.  I had downloaded it after e-mailing you earlier so I started trying to produce the database I needed  to have right away. I appreciate the speed with which I received the order.  The book is fantastic and I have been singing your praises all over the place.  You are 100% right in your comments that the way it is written and the presentation which permits the book to lie flat on the desk are great assets. In fact yesterday the chief financial officer came to my site to try to help with some problems with the database and he decided that he was going to purse buying a copy  for the central office.

 

I have been trying to work with the tables and databases on the disk but since I am pretty much a neophyte I find confusion. e.g. I was trying to work with the Index/Match table.  It refers to a formula that is supposed to be in in a cell, in this case C34 but there is no formula in that cell when I click on it. Am I just misunderstanding what you are saying?  Am I supposed to be writing a  formula to put in the named cell, here C34?
